Bramley C of E Infant School are looking for bank staff who are enthusiastic, talented, energetic Teaching Assistants to help progress children and inspire them to learn new things. Although this is initially a casual contract it could lead to a permanent role in the future.
An excellent opportunity to join a school in The Good Shepherd Trust academy within easy reach of Guildford and the A3. Bramley Infant School have well-resourced classrooms and a supportive staff team.
The role will include responsibilities such as: supporting children’s learning (Nursery to Year 2), undertaking playground duties, preparing resources, assisting the class teacher as well as a lunch duty. An interest in working with SEN children or in our Nursery setting would be an advantage.

Salary: Grade B (£22,599 FTE)

What we are looking for:
- GCSE grades of at least ‘C’ in English and Maths
- The ability to read and write fluently, with confidence in maths
- Self-confidence, common sense and maturity
- A good sense of humour and effective communication skills
- Adaptability and enthusiasm
- SEN experience (desirable but not essential)
- Be confident to work with pupils from Nursery to Year 2
