Salary: Fringe Main Pay Scale (£34,398 - £46,839)

The Role
You will be responsible for creating a stimulating, Quality First environment where every child feels safe to explore and grow. You’ll plan an exciting curriculum that ensures all pupils, including those with additional needs, make maximum progress.

- Holds QTS and has a genuine passion for early years.
- Can manage a classroom with praise, rewards and a positive ethos.
- Is a team player who is happy to lead a curriculum subject and share expertise.
- Is committed to safeguarding and the welfare of every child.
