About this Role

Our Central Team’s purpose is to grow and maintain a strong network of schools within a highly supportive and sharing network: we know that schools are better when they work together sharing common values and goals. Opportunities for staff development are a key priority for us.

You will work as part of our Central HR team and will be based within our offices in Guildford. Your role will be busy and varied and you will need to be adaptable to work across a number of different stakeholders and schools.

You will be the first point of contact for many HR queries and administrative requests and you will manage the HR team’s mailbox.

We have recently invested in our HR systems and a key part of this role will be to ensure that we maximise the opportunities of these systems to make us more efficient and provide a great HR service to our schools. You will play a key role in ensuring that we reduce workload for schools by automating transactional HR activities where possible.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and efficient person to join our team; someone with a sense of passion and drive, to support the team in delivering an effective HR service across the Trust. You will need to be capable of working using your own initiative, have the ability to learn key tasks quickly and be able to take on a busy and varied workload.
