Learning Support Assistant

JOB OVERVIEW

At Walsh C. of E. Schools we are looking for a passionate Learning Support Assistant to work collaboratively within the school community to instill in each child a love of learning for life that enables them to achieve beyond what they thought possible. As part of our energetic and welcoming team, you will promote the highest standards of education in a caring and supportive environment where children feel safe, secure and ready to learn.

This position will be based in our Infant school and the successful applicant will work in Year 1.

The school is part of the Good Shepherd Trust academy. The GST is a multi-academy trust serving 23 schools within the Diocese of Guildford across Surrey and Hampshire. WHAT WE OFFER:

• GST – Grade B6 FTE £22,599 pro rata £17,294
• Fixed term until 31st August 2025
• Hours – 32.5 hours per week, term time only. 8.30 am to 3.30 pm daily
