Job Title: Teaching and Learning Support Assistant

We are looking for a Teaching and Learning Support Assistant to join our team. Your role will be to support one, or a group of children, as part of a team of support staff across the school.

The ideal candidate for this role will be:

  • organised
  • flexible
  • enjoy working with and supporting children
  • be able to prioritise
  • be able to demonstrate that they can assist to develop groups or individual children
  • understand the national curriculum
  • be able to work with children and adults alike.
  • Previous experience of working with a child who has Special Educational Needs is preferable, but not essential.

The pay is FTE £23,606 and this will be pro-rata’d according to the hours that you work (£12.58 per hour). The role will be term time plus some inset days, from 08:45 to 15:25, Monday to Friday.
