Schools we are looking for a passionate Lead Teacher to work collaboratively within the school community to instill in each child a love of learning for life that enables them to achieve beyond what they thought possible. Position: Lead Teacher for Nightingale Class (SEN Unit)

About Nightingale Class: Nightingale Class is a Specialist Centre at The Walsh School, located within our junior site, offering quality provision for up to 14 children with learning and additional needs (LAN) within a mainstream setting. Our multi-sensory approach ensures that every child can access the curriculum in a way that suits their preferred learning style.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience working with children with learning and additional needs

A commitment to inclusive education and a passion for teaching

A detailed knowledge of the curriculum and its means of delivery 

High standards of communication and interpersonal skills. 

The ability to work as a team.

Experience innovating to deliver the curriculum
